Safety and Security
- Forward collision mitigation - Forward thinking. You look away for just a second and suddenly the vehicle in front of you has stopped. That's when the forward collision mitigation system comes to life. When it senses an impending impact, it will activate a combination of features to help prevent or reduce the severity of an accident. Forward collision mitigation is always looking ahead.
- Pedestrian impact prevention - An extra step toward safety. Pedestrians don't always stop, look, and listen, but with Pedestrian Impact Prevention, your vehicle is equipped to better see them and avoid them. This system constantly monitors the road ahead to identify and track pedestrians. It projects that image to an interior display screen, AND should an impact become likely, Pedestrian impact prevention takes steps to avoid a collision.
- Hands-on cruise control. Set it and forget it. Road trips used to be stressful. Cruise control only managed speed, but not distance or safety. Now, with hands-on cruise control, simply set your desired speed and let sensor technology maintain a safe distance between you and surrounding vehicles. It slows you down; speeds you up and even keeps you in your own lane. Meet your ultimate co-pilot with hands-on cruise control.

It is a good place to buy a vehicle,no pressure from our salesman, Mike Storm, easy to talk to,no BS kind of guy. The vehicle we wanted still needed to go through their garage, they had it done in a timely manner, and then delivered it to our driveway. I would definitely recommend Crafts Cars as a great place to get a used vehicle

So I will tell my story. In Sept of 2024, I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado RST 3.0 Duramax. I was at first very disappointed because I ran into several issues right off the bat. First i had to dump $1800 on a new DEF tank, despite purchasing a warranty and being told that the warranty rep claimed it was covered. This i chalk up to the Warranty rep not knowing what was and was not covered. Second the lug nuts had been over torqued so I had to replace the studs so I was quite angry but I didn't give Crafts Cars an opportunity to address the issue. That was my fault.
Fast forward to now. I'm experiencing some transmission issues and the warranty company has been slow walking the claim, also, I took the truck to an Chevy dealership, thinking it would be the best place. I was wrong. I contacted Crafts Cars out of frustration and desperation to get my truck fixed. Immediately, their business manager contacted the warranty and tried to help. When it became clear that the warranty company and Charlie's were not communicating well with each other, Crafts' business manager Carin stepped in to help. They didn't have to do this. They didn't have to help me, they could have said that I was on my own. However, they have been working hard to get the tranmission issue fixed. As of today 8/15/25 the warranty is covering the transmission and Carin has been instrumental in getting the claim approved. Crafts didn't have to do this. Especially since my truck in being repaired somewhere else. They are truly a different type of dealership.
I will say that learning from my experience I would definitely suggest getting anything about what's covered under the warranty in writing. That being said the level of customer service that Crafts Cars shows is worth the 5 star review. All used cars have their quirks and that's why there are extended warranties.. but I would recommend Crafts Cars because they won't leave you high and dry....even after almost a year after purchasing from them.

The staff was absolutely amazing to me when I went to buy my truck! They didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't want like most car dealerships do. The staff was super professional and kind. I would recommend Craft Cars to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Friends had bought a couple of vehicles from Crafts and spoke highly of them as a dealer in used cars and pickups. We've been casually looking for years. This 2018 Tundra presented itself quite nicely! Easy people to deal with, too.
